Job Requirements:

Landscaping and lawn care experience preferred
Able to lead a team and get a job completed on budget and schedule
Able to drive mowers, small heavy machinery, and trucks with loaded trailers
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Reliable, hard-working and love to work outdoors with other people
Can follow clear direction and teach team members to do the same
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Transportation to and from work

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a small group of lawn care techs in various landscaping roles
Complete jobs as tasked with minimal oversight
Drive truck and trailer with crew and equipment to job sites
Ensure jobs get kicked off with all necessary materials and equipment and completed as scheduled
Minor maintenance on equipment and ensure trucks and trailers are clean and stocked
