TOTAL BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION. Our plan included the following: -Covered/screened in porch -Fence -Hardscape -Landscape (new sod, trees, mulch beds) -Irrigstion We wanted to find a one-stop-shop for our backyard project. LawnValue is the company to go with. Busy homeowners don’t have time to micromanage and coordinate contractors for every detail. However, if you do have a preferred contractor (ex. We used our own irrigation team), LawnValue will communicate and coordinate with them. Cassie was excellent to work with and very communicative. From overall scope and segmenting each portion of the project to picking out trees, she provided insight and expertise all along the way. She listened to all of our requests and changes as we moved through the project. The teams of workers were respectful and proud of their work which made the experience even better. Our backyard and side yards had very limited function and we didn’t enjoy being out there. With little kids and a dog, we wanted a space we could use daily. This project completely changed our desire to hangout outside. We now have a beautiful space that almost feels like a “getaway.” We now have a safer space for our kids and dog to run around and so much more living space. The finished product is even better than we imagined. Thank you Cassie with LawnValue and Dylan from Red Barn Craftsmen (separate review for the actual porch build and custom wall design). We have used Lawn Value several times for various projects including tree trimming/removal, spring cleanups and new plants. I have personally worked with Reed and he has been wonderful! He makes sure that we are both on the same page regarding the projects and communicates it well with the crew! Highly recommend!

Just switched over to this company for lawn and garden care. So far our experience has been wonderful. Reed is exceptional with communication and follow through. The team came through and cleaned up and mulched our garden beds and are on a plan to get our stressed lawn back into shape! We are thrilled to have found this company!

Customer beware. We had LawnValue provide landscape install and maintenance service as part of our warranty for a year after we opened our church. The landscape work was good and weekly mowing and trimming was good as well. Problem came near the end of our one year term. Some plants started to die and LawnValue recommended waiting as might recover. Plants died, but LawnValue would not replace as part of warranty because by then it was past the year. At end, they agreed to replace the plants at cost with us paying for the plants. By this time we decided to go with a new vendor for ongoing maintenance service. LawnValue at that point stopped all communication and would not honor the promise of replacing the dead plants. We tried to contact them at least five times with no response. So be careful as service is good when there are no problems, but promises are not honored if things don't go as planned.
