Customer beware. We had LawnValue provide landscape install and maintenance service as part of our warranty for a year after we opened our church. The landscape work was good and weekly mowing and trimming was good as well. Problem came near the end of our one year term. Some plants started to die and LawnValue recommended waiting as might recover. Plants died, but LawnValue would not replace as part of warranty because by then it was past the year. At end, they agreed to replace the plants at cost with us paying for the plants. By this time we decided to go with a new vendor for ongoing maintenance service. LawnValue at that point stopped all communication and would not honor the promise of replacing the dead plants. We tried to contact them at least five times with no response. So be careful as service is good when there are no problems, but promises are not honored if things don't go as planned.

Really happy with Cassie and LawnValue, they did a brick herringbone walk way for us and we couldn't be happier with it. Cassie met with us several times along the way to ensure we were all on the same page as far as the layout, design, and overall craftsmanship of their work. Would highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the cleaning and sealing of our aggregate driveway, walkways, porches, and patio. Everything looks refreshed and beautifully restored, and the difference is remarkable. We had outdoor lighting upgraded and additional lights installed in the backyard. Reed and his team did a fantastic job. From start to finish, all we had to do is let them know where and what type of lights and they took it from there. Couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
